猪支原体肺炎的流行病学调查及病理学诊断

摘    要:对陕西省宝鸡、杨凌地区感染猪支原体肺炎的病例进行流行病学调查和症状观察.结果表明,不同年龄、性别和品种的猪均能感染猪支原体肺炎,但其中哺乳仔猪及幼龄猪发病率及病死率最高;临床症状可表现为急性、慢性或隐性经过.病理剖检和组织学观察表明,MPS病理变化的主要特征是融合性支气管肺炎,于肺脏的不同部位呈"肉样"实变;组织学变化主要以细支气管腔和肺泡腔内细胞浸润为特征.

Abstract:The mycoplasmal pneumonia of swine cases from Baoji and Yangling in Shaanxi province have investigated,based on the investigation of epidemiology and the observation of symptom,the results showed that MPS can infect all ages,sex and varieties of swine,but nurseryage pig and young pig have a highest incidence rate and fatality rate.The clinical symptoms can show acute,chronic or recessive characteristic.The results of pathological anatomy and microanatomy observation showed that,confluent lobular pneumonia is the major pathomorphological change character and clarification parenchyma in different part of lung.The microanatomy changes can characterize with cellular granulocytes in the bronchiole and lung-bubble cavities.
