地衣芽孢杆菌制剂在不同土壤条件下对土壤微生物群落的影响

摘    要:研究了地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis)制剂在不同土壤类型中对土壤微生物群落的影响,结果表明,该制剂在灰钙土中定殖效果明显高于灌淤土;在灰钙土中能有效抑制病原尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium ox-ysporum Schl.),但对细菌数量无明显影响,而在灌淤土中对病原菌尖孢镰刀菌的抑制作用不明显,但对细菌数量有增加的作用。在两种土壤类型条件下,地衣芽孢杆菌均对土壤放线菌有明显抑制作用。

Abstract:Primary results on effects of Bacillus licheniformis formulation to soil microorganism community under the different soil conditions showed that Bacillus licheniformis formulation had higher colonization effect in sierozem than in irrigation-silted soil.The formulation could inhabit Fusarium oxysporum Schl.effectively,but had no effect on soil bacteria in sierozem.Whereas the formulation had no significant promoted effects on Fusarium oxysporum Schl.,but could stimulate soil bacteria in irrigation-silted soil.Under the conditions of the two types of soil,Bacillus licheniformis could also inhabit the biomass of actinobacteria.
