植物基因工程在果树遗传改良上的应用

摘    要:利用植物基因工程进行果树遗传改良潜力很大,目前已建立有效的转化体系,并在10多种果树作物上获得了转基因植株。转基因包括少数有应用前景的目的基因,如抗虫,抗病毒基因,一些重要果树的控制主要农艺性状的基因图谱已经或正在开始建立,要使基因工程改良果树品种走向实用化,还应在提高转化率和植株再生率,果树主要农艺性状遗传 转 表达和调控等方面进一步深入研究。

Abstract:Plant genetic engineering offers dramatic potential in the improvement of fruit crops, which has taken great progress in a few years.The useful transformation systems have been established, more than 10 of the fruit species have gotten transgenic plants, parts of transgenes are use-otential goal-enes including anti-insect and anti-virus genes.Gene mapping of the major horticultural characteristics of some important fruit crops have begun or are beginning to be established. But in order to make genetic engineering he used in improving fruit cultivars, it should be focused on the research of increasing efficiency of transformation and regeneration genetic analysis of fruit crops and expression and regulation of transgenes.
