摘    要:以阿勃小麦缺体植株未抽出的幼穗为外植体,通过离体培养获得了幼穗愈伤组织和再生植株,从而建立了这些缺体的体细胞无性系。不同缺体间在幼穗愈伤组织诱导率及分化率上表明明显差异,阿勃2D缺体的幼穗愈伤组织诱导率和分化率最高,缺体小麦幼穗愈伤组织诱导率和分化率与缺失的染色体有关。

Abstract:7 nullisomic lines of common wheat cultivar "Abbondanza" were used as materials, they are sterile (2B, 4B, 7D) or barely fertile (1A, 3A, 3B) or fertile (2D), young, unemerged inflo rescences derived from these nullisomic wheat plants were used as explants, the calli and plantlets were obtained from all nullisomic lines tested, and their soma clones were also established.The differences in the frequencies of callus induction and differentiation were evident among the nullisomic lines.Both induction and differentiation frequencies of calliderived from 2DN were the highest, the differences in callus induction and differentiation frequency among the nullisomic lines were probably related to lacked chromosomes.It is conformed that calliderived from inflorescence of nullisomic wheat possess to tipotent to regenerate plants.
