青钱柳多糖的提取及含量测定

摘    要:采用苯酚硫酸法,对青钱柳叶多糖的水提取法、提取工艺以及不同采集期的多糖含量进行了研究.结果表明,水提法的精密度RSD%为2.89%,重现性RSD%值为1.72%,稳定性RSD%值为3.1%;通过L9(3^4)正交试验得出水提法提取青钱柳多糖的最佳提取时间为7h,料液比为1∶20,pH 9;青钱柳叶在5~8月的多糖含量为2.19%.

Abstract:Water extraction,ext act technology and content of different harvest time of polysaccharide from Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal) Ijinskaja (C.Paliurus) Leaves was studied by phenol-sulfuric acid method.Results showed that precision repeatability and stability RSD% of water extraction is 2.89% 1.72% and 3.1%,respectively;The optimum process conditions (70 minutes extracting time,1:20 solid to liquid ratio and at pH 9) were established by L9 (34) orthogonal experiments;Content of C.Paliurus polysaccharide is 2.19% at May and August.
