高温胁迫对大白菜超微弱发光及其他生理指标的影响

摘    要:以耐热性不同的3个大白菜亲本为试材,研究了幼苗在高温胁迫下的超微弱发光及SOD、可溶性蛋白、O2-产生速率等一些生理指标的变化。结果表明,经过高温胁迫后,幼苗的UWL、SOD、可溶性蛋白含量及电导率均呈先上升后下降的趋势,活性氧产生速率则表现出一直上升的趋势。而且UWL反映品种耐热性的结果与其他生理指标测定的结果一致。

Abstract:Three breeds which have different characters in heat tolerance were used to study the changes of UWL intensity,SOD activities,soluble protein contents,production rate of active oxygen and some other physiological characters under high temperature stress.The results indicated that the UWL intensity,SOD activities,soluble protein contents and electrical conductance ascended in the beginning and then decreased,while the production rate of active oxygen increased persistent under high temperature stress.At the same time it could be found that the breed heat tolerance reflected by UWL intensity was consistent with the results of other physiological characters.
