温敏雄性不育亚麻在云南的育性表现及温敏特性研究

摘    要:通过在自然条件下的分期播种试验,对亚麻温敏雄性不育系在云南元谋的育性表现及其温敏特性进行了研究。结果表明,在不同播期自然温度条件下亚麻温敏不育系不育特征明显,育性随花期温度的变化而波动,但初花期均有一个稳定的不育期,不育性相对彻底且受温度变化的影响较小,中后期育性有不同程度的恢复;同时发现不同材料及不同个体间育性表现差异较大。对开花前积温与花粉可染率和自交结果率进行相关分析结果表明,开花前积温对不育系的育性有重要影响,在一定温度范围内不育系育性与开花前积温呈显著正相关,开花前9~10 d的积温对不育系育性有重要影响。

Abstract:In the natural temperature conditions of Yuanmou county,Yunnan province,sterility expression and characteristic of thermo-sensitive male-sterile Flax lines were studied at different sowing date.The results indicated that sterility expression of male-sterile Flax lines was obvious and affected greatly by the changing of temperature,but there was always a stable stage of sterility under difference temperature conditions,in which sterility expression was influenced hardly by the changing of temperature.Meanwhile,sterility expression had significant difference among different plant individuals.The correlation between fertility of male-sterile Flax lines and accumulated temperature before flowering(1~10 d) was also analysed.The results showed that the fertility of male-sterile Flax lines was highly positively correlated with accumulated temperature of 9~10 days before flowering.
