摘    要:通过石蜡切片,对采自陕西渭北核桃开发研究中心基地(黄龙)12个核桃品种叶片的抗旱性结构进行了详细的分析研究。结果表明,在所研究的7个指标中叶肉上表皮厚度、栅栏组织占叶厚度的比例及叶脉维管束长径是比较好的抗旱性指标,通过利用隶属函数法对几个指标的综合评价分析,获得12个核桃品种的抗旱性排序由强到弱为强特勒鲁光维纳西林3号朗帕克元丰陕核5号丰辉辽核4号辽核1号中林1号香铃。

Abstract:Using paraffin sectioning technology,the drought resistance structure of leaf collected from 12 varieties of walnut at Weibei Base(Huanglong) of Shaanxi Provincial Walnut Research and Development Center,was studied and analyzed carefully,and the results shows that the thickness of upper-epidermis,ratio of palisade tissue to mesophylls and thickness of vascular bundle are the better indexes of drought resistance.Comprehensive analysis using membership function method indicated that the drought resistance ord...
