罂粟科3种植物叶片生物碱抗氧化活性比较

为比较罂粟科3种植物叶片中生物碱的抗氧化活性,采用体积分数为80%乙醇浸提博落回、角茴香和秃疮花3种植物叶片中的总生物碱,用常见生物碱显色反应检测,利用硅胶柱层析纯化,并且用邻苯三酚自氧化法测定其超氧阴离子的清除效果,番红花红O-Mn2+-H2O2光度法测定其对羟基自由基的清除效果,总生物碱的还原性.结果表明,3种总生物碱对这两种自由基有较好的抗氧化活性,角茴香对羟基自由基的清除作用较强,IC50为0.170 g/L.当质量浓度为1 g/L时,秃疮花对超氧阴离子的清除率92.09%,3种植物的总生物碱都有还原性,但效果都不如硫脲.

Antioxidant Activity Comparison of Total Alkaloids from Leaves of Three Papaveraceae Plants
