| 摘 要： | 榆黄菇发酵过程中各成分的比例对胞外多糖的产量有重要影响.正交试验结果表明,当发酵配方为马铃薯30%,蛋白胨0.1%,葡萄糖3%,KH2PO4+MgSO4·7H2O 0%时胞外多糖产量较高.

| Abstract: | The change of the medium component proportion has important effect on Pleurtus citrinopil eatus Sing extracellular polysaccharide in the fermention process.This experiment was analysed by orthogonal means.The result indicated:when the medium composed of potato 30%, peptone 0.1%,glucose 3%,KH2PO4+MgSO4·7H2O 0% that the production of Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing extracellul ar polysaccharide is the highest. |
