5种白籽南瓜嫁接黄瓜不同叶位光合特性的比较

摘    要:以新培育的5种白籽南瓜A1、A2、B1、B2和B3为试材,黑籽南瓜为对照,采用CIRAS-2型便携式光合作用系统,对其嫁接黄瓜结瓜盛期不同叶位光合特性进行比较。结果表明,A2和B1嫁接黄瓜中部和下部叶片的净光合速率均明显高于黑籽南瓜嫁接黄瓜相应叶位的叶片,第12叶位的叶片表现尤为明显,分别高出黑籽南瓜嫁接黄瓜相同叶位叶片的31.9%和32.3%;A2和B1嫁接黄瓜的雌花节率最高,分别高出黑籽南瓜嫁接黄瓜的25.2%和23.1%;A2和B1嫁接黄瓜的平均单株产量分别比黑籽南瓜嫁接黄瓜高26.3%和15.8%。

Abstract:The photosynthetic characteristics of grafted cucumber on white seed pumpkin A1,A2,B1,B2,B3 and grafted cucumbers on Cucurbita ficifolia were compared in fruiting period by using CIRAS-2 portable photosynthesis system.The results showed that the net photosynthetic rates of middle and underpart leaves of grafted cucumber on A2 and B1 were significant higher than CK.The leaves of the twelfth leaf position of grafted cucumber on A2 and B1 were particularly higher,and which were 31.9% and 32.3% higher than CK respectively.The female flower ratios of grafted cucumber on A2 and B1 were particularly higher than CK,and which were 25.2% and 23.1% higher than CK respectively.The average yield of single plant of grafted cucumber on A2 and B1 were 26.3% and 15.8% higher than CK respectively.
