牛基因组per microRNA SNP多态性

摘    要:研究牛microRNA的进化模式和现状,阐明microRNA的功能性SNP的作用和对动物表型的影响。选取牛per-microRNA及其相邻区域,统计各区域SNP数量和密度,考察SNP对microRNA二级结构稳定性和靶基因选择的影响。结果显示,per-microRNA的SNP密度显著低于其侧翼区,Seed区的SNP的密度较高,Seed区的SNP变异对per-microRNA二级结构稳定性的影响最高,microRNA成熟体SNP可能影响mi-croRNA对靶基因的选择。上述结果表明,牛在进化过程中可能存在加速进化的现象,目前牛microRNA的进化正处于活跃期。microRNA上的功能性SNP位点对microRNA的靶基因选择和结构稳定性有很大影响,并最终通过microRNA来影响动物表型的改变。
