麦红吸浆虫滞育发育和变态过程中同工酶表达模式

摘    要:为明确麦红吸浆虫滞育和发育变态过程中同工酶的表达模式,利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术分析其滞育前、滞育期及滞育解除后过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和酯酶(EST)同工酶图谱。结果检测到4种CAT、4种SOD、5种POD和8种EST同工酶,2种CAT、2种SOD、5种POD和4种EST同工酶呈现出多态性,它们可能与麦红吸浆虫滞育发育或变态的生理过程有关。
