摘    要:为了解虎红平板凝集试验(RBT)初筛、试管凝集试验(SAT)确诊并捕杀阳性者对奶牛布氏杆菌病(Brucellosis)的控制效果,2009-2010年,持续监测12个感染程度各异的新建奶牛群。结果表明,当牛群初始感染率较低时,借助RBT与SAT能在较短时期内有效控制并净化布氏杆菌病;但在牛群感染率较高的情况下,上述手段不能有效控制感染扩散。减毒活疫苗模拟感染试验进一步证实,RBT和SAT阳性结果的出现严重滞后于牛群真实感染,这可能是其不能有效防控布氏杆菌病扩散的重要原因。

Abstract:In order to investigate the control effect of cow Brucellosis through eliminate infected cows detected by Rose bengal precipitation test(RBT) primary screen and Standard Tube Agglutination Test(SAT) diagnosis,12 newly established cow farms infected by Brucella at different degree were continuously monitored during 2009-2010.The results indicated that,when the primary infection rate was lower,Brucellosis can be controlled and eliminated finally in short time.However,when the primary infection rate was higher...
