| 摘 要： | 以关中地区不同种植年限的菜园、果园和农田土壤为研究对象,经干筛法后,测定大团聚体的体积质量及不同级别团聚体脲酶、过氧化氢酶和蔗糖酶活性。结果表明,土地利用方式改变着团聚体的品质性状;3种利用方式下,表层土壤团聚体体积质量普遍较高,农田土壤大团聚体内部致密紧实,团聚体内部孔隙度最小,菜园土壤团聚体内部孔隙度较高,品质相对较高。脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性在不同利用方式和不同级别团聚体中的变化趋势基本一致,蔗糖酶活性在不同直径团聚体的分布与脲酶和过氧化氢酶的分布有所不同,相比之下,土壤蔗糖酶活性与土壤有机质关系比较密切。
