| Abstract: | In order to get the information of capripoxvirus P32 gene,we amplified the P32 gene by PCR method from nucleic acid sample of goat poxvirus LD strain isolated in Guizhou.The PCR product was inserted into the pMD18-T vector and the gene sequence of the recombinant plasmid has been determined.The nucleotide sequence and deduced amino-acid sequence of goat poxvirus P32 gene were respectively compared with the relative sequence published in GenBank to predict the transmembrane structure,hydrophilicity,antigenic... |
