玉米秸杆还田与氮肥互作对不同类型小麦产量和品质的影响

摘    要:选用济麦20和鲁原301两个小麦品种,对秸杆还田和施氮量2因素进行裂区试验设计,研究其对小麦籽粒产量和品质的影响.结果表明,秸杆还田与传统耕作相比,对济麦20产量影响不大,但显著降低了鲁原301产量.秸杆还田对面粉的蛋白质含量和加工品质有所影响,显著提高了济麦20的沉降值和面团稳定时间,降低了鲁原301的沉降值.两因素比较表明,作物产量和品质受氮素因子影响大,籽粒产量随施氮量的增加呈单峰曲线变化,且强筋小麦济麦20对氮素缺乏较鲁原301敏感,其蛋白质含量和加工品质与施氮量呈正相关关系.

Abstract:The experiment involving two genotypes of winter wheat,"Jimai20"and "Luyuan301", the stalk returned or not and 3 levels of nitrogenous were applied and split-plot experiment design was used to study the impact to yield and quality. The results showed that the straw returned treatment has no influence on the yield of Jimai20, but influence the yield of Luyuan301 observably, was under routine cultivation treatment. The stalk returned treatment improved the quality of flour, improved the sedimentation volume and dough stability time of Jimai20, and declined the sedimentation volume of Luyuan301. Compared the two factor showed that the yield and quality were affected evidently by nitrogenous, the yield of Luyuan301 was single-apex changed with the increase of nitrogenous used. Furthermore, Jimai20 is more sensitive to nitrogenous than Luyuan301, the protein content and arti-factitious quality were positively related to the nitrogenous.
