摘    要:盆栽试验结果表明,丹参移栽时作基肥的氮肥不能施用太多,否则会影响成活,即使成活,苗期也会出现烧苗症状。生长中期可施用适量的氮肥,以利于茎叶生长,为后期根系的生长发育提供光合产物。氮:磷=1:1时,产量比对照提高112.9%;氮:磷:钾=1:2.5:2时,丹参素和总丹参酮的含量分别比对照提高25.9%和18%;总丹参酮的含量与根直径呈负相关,细根影响产量及外观品质,建议生产上应适当密植。

Abstract:Based on experiment of planting Danshen in pot,the result showed that:in transplanting period not fertilize too much nitrogen fertilizer as ground fertilize;in the middle of growth period,fertilize moderate nitrogen fertilizer to advance the leaves and stalk to grow,and to provide photosynthesis for the growth of root in the late of growing period.From the aspect of improving production, when N:P=1:1, the production was 112.9% more than the contrast group,from the aspect of improving the effective ingredient of Danshen,when N:P:K-1:2.5:2,the effective ingredient of Danshensu and Danshentong was 25.9% and 18% more respective than the contrast group,what''s more,the content of the total Danshen tong assume negative correlation with diameter of root,but small root influence production and quality,so we should plant Danshen in proper density.
