不同法氏囊病活疫苗对鸡法氏囊发育的影响和对新城疫免疫效果影响的评价

摘    要:评价常用的6种IBD疫苗株对鸡法氏囊发育的影响和对新城疫免疫效果影响,为临床选用疫苗提供参考.将SPF鸡分成6个试验组和1个对照组,每组25只.7日龄时,试验组分别用A80株、D78株、B87株、KS96株、MB株和2512株滴口免疫,每只鸡各1羽份.各组分别在免疫后4 d、9 d、20 d随机抽取5只鸡计算法氏囊指数.各组于IBD免疫后14 d用La Sota株活疫苗点眼、肌肉注射La Sota株油佐剂灭活疫苗各1羽份,对照组同时进行免疫.免疫后每隔7 d检测1次NDV抗体.42日龄时各组以鸡新城疫强毒F48E9攻击,观察攻毒保护效果.结果表明:27日龄A80、D78、B87和KS96组法氏囊指数和对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);MB和2512与对照组之间差异极显著(P<0.01).A80、D78对ND疫苗诱生机体产生抗体的影响小(P>0.05);MB、2512对ND抗体影响大,抗体水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01);B87、KS96对ND抗体生成有一定的影响,和对照组相比低1个滴度左右,但从统计分析来看影响较小(P>0.05).用F48E9攻毒,结果显示A80、D78、B87、KS96和对照组保护率均为100%,而MB株组保护率为80%,2512株组保护率为70%.A80、D78、B87和KS96这4株疫苗株对法氏囊的发育影响很小;MB和2512对法氏囊发育有明显的抑制作用.MB和2512对新城疫的免疫保护有较大影响,而弱毒A80、D78以及中等毒力的B87、KS96对新城疫的免疫保护影响轻微.

Abstract:Evaluation of bursa growth by 6 kinds of commonly used IBD vaccine strains and the value of the effect of Newcastle disease vaccine immunity, selection of vaccine for clinical reference. SPF chickens were divided into 6 groups and a control group, 25 in each group. The test groups were treated with A80 strain, D78 strain, B87 strain, KS96 strain, MB and 2512 strains of the mouth drop immunization in 1 dose in 7-day-old, in each group were immunized 4 d, 9 d, and 20d randomly selected 5 of chicken bursa index calculation. In 14 days after immunization with live vaccine strain of La Sota point eyes, intramuscular La Sota strain of the oil adjuvant vaccine in 1 dose, control group was immunized at the same time. NDV antibody was detected in 7 days immunization. all group attacked by F48E9 at the age of 42, the protective effect was observed . Compared A80, D78, B87 and KS96 group bursal index with the control group was no significant difference (P> 0. 05);Compared MB and 2512 with the control group, the difference was very significant (P<0. 01). A80, D78 affected ND vaccine induced antibodies was small (P> 0. 05); MB, 2512 affected ND vaccine induced antibodies was high, the level of antibodies was significantly lower than control group (P<0. 01) ;B87, KS96 t affected ND vaccine induced antibodies was a certain extent, and compared with the control group was low 1 titer, but no significant difference (P> 0. 05). the results showed that A80, D78, B87, KS96 and the control group the protection wrel00% by F48E9, the protection rate of the MB group was 80% , the 2512 group was 70%. A80, D78, B87 and KS96 vaccine strain impacted bursal growth was small; MB and 2512 inhibited bursal growth obviously;. MB and 2512 had a greater impact on the protection of NDV immunity, and A80, D78 ,B87, KS96 had a lower impact.
