摘    要:为筛选适宜的湖羊母羊断奶时间,将144只湖羊母羊随机分为产后30、45、60和75 d(对照)断奶组,研究断奶时间对其日增质量、血清生殖激素水平和发情时间的影响.结果 表明:断奶后0~15 d的日增质量,30 d断奶组高于其他3组;15~~30 d,30 d断奶组显著高于其他3组.30~45 d,30和45 d断奶组显...

Abstract:In order to screen suitable weaning time of Hu ewes,144 Hu ewes were randomly divided into weaning groups at 30,45,60 and 75 d (contrast) after parturition.The effect of weaning time on daily gain mass,reproductive hormone levels of serum and oestrus time of Hu ewes were investigated in this experiment.The results showed that daily gain mass from 0 to 15 d after weaning, 30 d weaning group was the highest.From 15 to 30 d, 30 d weaning group was significantly higher than the other three groups.From 30 to 45 d, 30 and 45 d weaning groups were significantly higher than 60 d weaning group and control group.From 0 to 15 d after weaning,the content of LH and E2 showed increasing trends in all of four groups,but it was the fastest in 30 d weaning group,and the slowest in control group. The content of FSH and P4 increased first and then decreased in 30 and 45 d weaning groups,while 60 d weaning group and control group continued to decrease.On the 15th day,the highest FSH and the lowest P4 level were observed in 30 d weaning group,but control group was reverse.The oestrus time of 30 d weaning group was earliest compared with the other three groups.In conclusion,early weaning for Hu ewes can accelerate recovery of body condition,regulate reproductive hormone levels of serum,and facilitate oestrus, and it''s optimum to wean at 30 d after parturition.
