景天三七的组织培养和植株再生

摘    要:以景天三七的茎段和叶片作为外植体,采用MS为基本培养基,附加不同的植物激素组合进行试验。结果表明,景天三七茎段诱导芽的较适培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+2,4-D 0.1 mg/L,诱导率为83.33%;景天三七叶片诱导芽的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,诱导率为92.59%。试管苗在大量元素减半的MS培养基上可直接诱导生根,其生根率达100%。

Abstract:The experiments were performed using the stem segments and the leaves of Sedum aizoon L.as the explants,and MS as the basic medium for culture,meanwhile,supplemented some different plant hormones.Result showed that the suitable medium for bud inducement from stem segments was MS supplemented with 2 mg/L 6-BA and 0.1 mg/L 2,4-D,and the bud inducement rate reached 83.33% and that the optimal medium for bud inducement from leaves was MS supplemented with 2 mg/L 6-BA and 0.1 mg/L NAA,and the bud inducement rate...
