苹果树叶对关中奶山羊产奶性能和生化指标的影响

摘    要:为了评估苹果树叶对关中奶山羊产奶性能和健康状况的影响,本试验选用28只关中奶山羊,按配对试验设计原则,根据试验羊只的体质量、产奶量、产羔胎次和产奶日期将其分为4个处理,每处理7只。分别用0、300、500和700 g/kg的苹果树叶替代苜蓿干草添加在4个处理,分别测定各处理奶山羊的产奶量、乳成分和血液生化指标。结果表明,添加300和500 g/kg的苹果树叶处理分别与其他处理相比,关中奶山羊的产奶量显著提高(P0.05);添加苹果树叶对关中奶山羊乳成分中乳干物质、乳脂肪和乳糖含量影响不显著(P0.05),但添加700 g/kg的苹果树叶处理乳蛋白含量显著低于其他各处理(P0.05);各处理血液中尿素氮、乳酸脱氢酶、碱性磷酸酶以及谷草转氨酶的含量差异不显著(P0.05)。因此,在本试验条件下,添加300和500 g/kg苹果树叶能提高关中奶山羊的产奶量(P0.05),但对乳成分和血液生化指标影响不显著(P0.05)。
