4种宿根花卉在自然失水胁迫下的生理变化与抗旱性关系

摘    要:对陕西关中地区常见的4种宿根花卉的抗旱性进行了研究,为园林绿化中耐旱植物资源筛选和园林应用提供理论和实践依据。通过盆栽4种宿根花卉,对其进行连续21 d的自然失水胁迫处理,研究供试植物在干旱胁迫下的植株外观生长状况以及叶片的游离脯氨酸、叶绿素、相对含水量、相对电导率、可溶性蛋白质以及SOD活性的变化,并应用模糊数学中的隶属函数值法对4种宿根花卉的综合抗旱适应性进行评价。在干旱胁迫下各参试植物的各指标变化显著,综合分析各指标,4种宿根花卉抗旱性由强至弱排序为:短茎鸢尾>紫玉簪>金娃娃萱草>秋菊贵妃红。短茎鸢尾、紫玉簪、金娃娃萱草具有很强的抗旱性,在园林绿化中应大力推广应用。
