长枝木霉T6菌株对美洲南瓜枯萎病菌的抑制作用

为探明长枝木霉T6菌株对美洲南瓜枯萎病菌的作用机理，采用对峙培养、显微观察、孢子萌发、室内防效测定等方法研究其抑制能力和防治效果。结果表明：长枝木霉T6菌株对美洲南瓜枯萎病菌具有较强的抑制作用，对峙培养7 d时，长枝木霉T6菌株对该病菌的抑制率为60.09%；显微形态观察表明：长枝木霉T6菌株菌丝与美洲南瓜枯萎病菌菌丝发生缠绕；长枝木霉T6菌株发酵液对美洲南瓜枯萎病菌分生孢子萌发具有明显的抑制作用，抑制率为31.00%；长枝木霉T6菌株对美洲南瓜枯萎病具有较好的防治效果，室内盆栽防效为69.06%。

Inhibitory Effect of Trichoderma longibrachiatum T6 on Pathogen of Fusarium Wilt of Cucurbita pepo

The inhibitory and antagonistic effects of Trichoderma longibrachiatum T6 on the pathogen of Fusarium oxysporum (Cucurbita pepo Fusarium wilt) were studied by the method of confront culture, microscopic observation, spore germination, and pot experiments to discover and unveil the mechanisms of its inhibitory effect in vitro.The results showed that T.longibrachiatum T6 had significant inhibitory effect on the pathogen of F.oxysporum.The inhibitory rate of T.longibrachiatum T6 against F.oxysporum was 60.09% at 7 days after incubation.The hyphae of F.oxysporum were entangled with T.longibrachiatum T6 after incubation by microscopic observation.In addition, T.longibrachiatum T6 fermentation also had significant inhibitory effect on the conidial germination of F.oxysporum, and the inhibitory rate was 31.00%.The efficiency of T.longibrachiatum T6 in controlling of Cucurbita pepo Fusarium wilt disease was 69.06% by pot experiments in vitro.
