放线菌菌株AH-1的分离鉴定与抑菌活性研究

摘    要:为筛选具有农用抑菌活性的微生物,从采自安徽黄山山区的土壤中分离得到一株具有抑制真菌活性的菌株AH-1。通过对其形态和培养特征、生理生化特性和16SrDNA序列分析,确定其为卡那霉素链霉菌。室内活性测定结果表明,该菌株发酵液具有广谱、较强的抗植物病原真菌活性,其对小麦根腐病菌和苹果褐腐病菌的菌丝生长抑制率高达94.4%和95.7%。抑制孢子萌发生测结果表明,AH-1菌株发酵液抑制玉米大斑病和马铃薯干腐病菌孢子萌发的EC50分别为15.81mg/L和10.17mg/L。推测,该菌株发酵液中可能含有广谱农用抑菌活性物质,值得深入研究。

Abstract:Strain AH-1, with fungicidal activity, was isolated from soil in Mount Huangshan area of Anhui province. Based on the test results of morphology, physiology and biochemistry characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence analysis, it was identified as Streptomyces kanamyceticus AH-1.The results of fungicidal activity of fermentation product indoors showed that strain AH-1 had broad-spectrum and strong activity against pathogenic fungi, the inhibition rate were 94.4% and 95.7% against Bipolaris sorokiniana and Gibberella zeae, respectively. In the spore germination tests, the EC50 of the fermentation products against Exserohilum turcicum and Fusarium coeruleum were 15.81 mg/L and 10.17 mg/L, respectively. All the results demonstrated that the strain AH-1 has an extensive development and application potentiality.
