| 摘 要： | POU1F1基因是POU基因家族的成员之一,它以GH、PRL和TSHβ起着重要的调控作用,对哺乳动物的垂体发育和激素表达有着重要的调节功能。POU1F1基因的突变可以导致垂体的发育不全,并阻碍GH、PRL、TSHβ基因的正常表达。笔者对POU1F1基因的结构及其功能特别是对鼠、猪和人类的生长发育所产生的影响进行了综述。

| Abstract: | POU1F1 gene is a member of the POU gene family.It stimulates the expression of GH,PRL and TSH,it also has the improtant effect in the growth of pituitary and the expression of hormone in mammal.In this paper,we discussed the structure of POU1F1 gene,the function of POU1F1 gene,especially the effect on growth performance of mouse,porcine and human. |
