摘    要:为研究黑果枸杞色素的提取方法与其抗氧化活性,利用常规水浴法、超声波、微波、超声-微波协同萃取4种提取方法提取黑果枸杞色素,用DPPH法测定色素提取物的抗氧化活性,并与维生素C、E进行比较。结果表明,4种提取物对DPPH.自由基均有较强的清除作用,其大小顺序依次为超声-微波协同萃取法提取物>常规水浴法提取物>微波法提取物>超声波提取物。研究认为,采用超声-微波协同萃取法提取的黑果枸杞色素抗氧化活性好。

Abstract:To study the extraction methods and it''s antioxidant activity of pigment from Lycium rethenicum Murr.Pigment of Lyciumrethenicum extracted by different methods,including water bath method,Ultrasonic,Microwave and Ultrasonic-Microwave Synergistic.The antioxidant activity of pigment determined by Scavenging DPPH# and compared with vitamin C and E.The antioxidant activities of the different pigment extracts on DPPH radical scavenging were found to vary as follows: vitamin C>ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extract>water bath method extract>microwave extract>ultrasonic extract> vitamin E.The antioxidant activity of pigment from Lycium rethenicum extracted by ultrasonic-microwave synergistic is better than others.
