魔芋软腐病发生规律与防治技术研究

经症状观察和分离鉴定，确定了当地摩芋发生的病害为摩芋软腐病，其病原菌为Erwinia Carotovora(Jones)Holland,Erwinia aroideae(Towsend)Holland。研究结果表明：气温较高的8月份是摩芋软腐病物暴发期，其发生与高温、强光照有关，种芋带菌、流水、病健株接触是该病害的主要传播方式。经试验250mg/kg农用链霉素液浸种5h 出苗率最高，达64．17％，较CK有极显著差异。生长期用药剂喷、灌防效不明显。因此，防治摩芋软腐病可用药剂处理种芋再结合栽培措施等进行综合防治。

A Study on Occurrence Rule and Control Technology of Soft Rot of Amorphophallus

Disease of local Amorphophallus was defined soft rot of Amorphophallus by symptom observing and abruption identifying, pathogenic bacteria is Erw inia Carotovora (Jones) Holland, Erw inia aroideae (Tow send) Holland.The results of research showed that hot August is outbreak period of disease.The occurrence have dealings with high-temperature, strong-light.Seed tuber and soil with bacteria, running water, disease plant to be in touch with healthy plant was major disseminate way.Emergence rate was the highest (64.17%) under the condition of seed soaked in 250 mg/kg agricultural Streptomycin for 5 hour during the examination, the result have best significant difference comparing with the control group.The effect of control wasn''t distinct through spraying and pouring with medicament during growth period.So the control of softrot of Amorphophallus is pouring with medicament during growth period.So the control of softrot of Amorphophallus is in tegrated control, especially soaking seeds with medicament and combining with cultural practices.
