| 摘 要： | 采用DPPH法、水杨酸法、邻苯三酚自氧化法分别测定裂盖马鞍菌甲醇提取物清除DPPH自由基、羟自由基和超氧自由基的能力。结果表明,在实验条件下,裂盖马鞍菌甲醇提取物对超氧阴离子、羟自由基、DPPH自由基均有不同程度的抑制作用,最高清除活性分别达72.72%、54.90%、92.08%。因此裂盖马鞍菌甲醇提取物具有一定的体外抗氧化活性。

| Abstract: | The methods of DPPH,salicylic acid and pyrograllol auto-oxidation were used to assay the scavenging quality of DPPH free radical,hydroxyl free radical(·OH) and superoxide free radical(·O2-) in the methanol extract of Helvella leucopus Pers.in this article.The extract showed good scavenging effect on DPPH·,·OH and ·O2- under the condition of experiment,and the highest free radical scavenging rate of different free radical is 72.72%,54.90%,92.08%.So the methanol extract of H.leucop us Pers.showed a certain extent antioxidant effect in vitro. |
