果实套袋对番茄果实发育和品质的影响

摘    要:以中杂九号番茄为试材,试验分析了番茄果穗套袋对袋内微环境、果实发育及品质的影响.结果表明,套袋对番茄果实发育影响不大;套袋后果实微环境温度升高2.3℃,光照减弱11.1%,成熟果实表面洁净,无农药、泥水和尘埃污染,维生素C含量提高7.93%,可溶性糖含量提高8.20%,但套袋果实可溶性蛋白质含量显著降低,果实表面锈斑率和裂果率增加.
