| 摘 要： | 把糜子花药和花粉发育的过程,划分为花药原基、孢原及造孢细胞、小孢子母细胞及其减数分裂、小孢子四分体、小孢子单核早期、小孢子单核中期、小孢子单核晚期、花粉第一次有丝分裂、2—细胞花粉和3—细胞花粉等10个时期.详细描述了各期的细胞形态学特征,并讨论了花药早期个体发育及花药、花粉发育过程中的极性现象.

| Abstract: | In this paper, the development of anther and pollen in Panicum miliaceum L.was divided into successive ten stages:anther promordium, archesporium and sporogenous cell,microspore mother cell and meiosis,microspore tetrad,single-nucleus early-period microspore, single-nucleus mid-period microspore,single-nucleus late-period microspore,first pollen mitosis., two-celled pollen and three-celled-pellen.We detailed the cytomorphological characteristics of the stages mentioned above and discussed the early ontogeny of anther and the polarities within anther locule and single microspore or pollen grain. |
