辣椒早熟性状和品质性状的典型相关分析

以28个辣椒品种为试材,将11个主要性状归纳成3个早期性状组(即产量因素组、形态性状组及生育期性状组)和品质性状组。试验结果表明,早期产量与产量因素的典型相关极显著;3个早期性状组间的典型相关显著;且产量因素组、生育期组与品质性状组的典型相关均显著。单株早期产量和诸品质性状间存在着相互制约作用。在3个早期性状组及品质性状组中,在关联性上起作用的主要是始花节位、现蕾期、开花期、单株早期采果数和干物质含量。

CANONICAL CORRELATION ANALYSIS BETWEEN EARLINESS AND QUALITY CHARACTERS IN HOT PEPPER (CAPSICUM ANNUUM L.)

Selecting 28 hot pepper (Capsicum annuum L.)cultivars as experimental materials,the relationship among the characters associated with earliness and quality characters of fruit was studied in the experiment. The 11 characters studied were divided into 3 early character groups,i. e. yield factor group,morphological character group and growth period group,and quality character group. Some experimental results were obtained as follows:canonical correlation of early yield and yield fatter group is extremely significant,and higher than that with morphological character group and growth period group,respectively. Canonical correlation between yield fatter group,growth period group and morphological character group was significant. The strong inhibitive effect between early yield/plant and quality characters was found. Significant canonical correlation between yield factor group,growth period group and quality character group was existed,respectively. The canonical variable analysis indicated that among 3 character groups and quality character group,the important effect was the node of first flower,days to budding,days to flowering,number of early fruit picked/ plant,and dry matter content of fruit in correlative association, Emphasizing the selection of these characters in the breeding practice plays an important role in realizing the breeding objectives of earliness and good quality.
