羌活地上部位化学成分及其对农业病原真菌的作用

摘    要:利用气相色谱-质谱联用及液相色谱仪,对羌活地上部位的乙醇浸提物进行分析,明确其挥发性及部位特征非挥发性成分和含量,考察提取物对3种重要农业病原真菌的抑制作用。结果表明,羌活地上部位挥发性成分复杂,与标准谱比对,得到匹配度90%以上化合物40种,主要包括长链脂肪酸类、化学结构带环或桥的烯、酮、醇类化合物以及甾醇类化合物。其中,石竹烯、异龙脑、柠檬烯等化合物具备芳香气味和杀菌活性;非挥发性成分包含东莨菪内酯、补骨酯素、羌活醇等香豆素类成分,其中羌活醇质量分数可达1.24mg/g。抑菌试验表明,提取物对尖孢镰刀菌、番茄早疫病病原菌和灰葡萄孢菌3种真菌均表现出明显抑制作用,并得到其毒力回归方程,对尖孢镰刀菌、番茄早疫病病原菌、灰葡萄孢菌的EC_(50)值分别为4.97、7.29、14.14mg/mL。

Abstract:Alcohol extract of aerial part of Notopterygium incisum was analysed by GC-MS and LC methods in this study. Volatile and parts of characteristic non-volatile components in the extract were determined and quantified, respectively. The effects of the extract on three types of significant agricultural pathogenic fungi were investigated. The results showed that compared with the standard spectra of NIST, 40 volatile compounds with the matching degree more than 90% were identified, mainly including fatty acids, sterols and alkenes, ketones, alcohols with rings or bridges structures. Some of them, such as caryophyllene, cajuputene and isoborneol, were reported to have the characters of aromaticity and bacteriostasis. Non-volatile metabolites, such as scopoletin, psoralen and notopterol, were also found in the extract, especially the concentration of notopterol was 1.24 mg/g. Generally, the extract performed obvious inhibition to three agricultural pathogenic fungi, including Alternaria solani, Botrytis cinere and Fusarium solani, and had the EC50 values of 4.97,7.29,14.14 mg/mL, respectively.
