新疆甜瓜的抗病性转育及其效果

摘    要:为选育新疆甜瓜类型抗病育种材料,以2个高感白粉病和霜霉病的新疆甜瓜材料和一个高抗白粉病和霜霉病的美国Cantaloupe类型甜瓜品种为原始亲本,分别进行杂交,采用苗期接种抗性鉴定,植株成株期田间自然抗性筛选结合果实品质鉴定的方法,在3个生态环境差异较大的试验点经1~2代回交和7~8代自交,转育出2个高抗白粉病和霜霉病的新疆甜瓜类型单系材料。

Abstract:In order to select disease resistant Xinjiang melon breeding materials, two Xinjiang melon lines(highly susceptible to powdery and downy mildew) and one American cantaloupe melon variety (highly resistant to powdery and downy mildew) were took as the primary parents.Using the method of seedling inoculation screen and plant resistance field screen combined with fruit quality screen. Two Xinjiang melon lines which have high resistance to powdery and downy mildew were obtained after 1~2 backcrosses and 7~8 selfings in three experimental spots which differ greatly in ecological environment.
