摘    要:研究了根域体积限制对日光温室基质栽培黄瓜生长及光合特性的影响。结果表明,根域体积的限制使黄瓜生长量明显降低,植株的根冠比明显提高,叶片的光合功能明显下降。限根反应时间与栽培时期及限根程度有关,春茬12L、8L、4L处理黄瓜的限根反应时间分别为定植后49d、64d、79d,秋冬茬黄瓜的限根反应时间则分别提前了15d。春茬黄瓜4L处理的产量显著低于其它处理,秋冬茬黄瓜的产量处理间无显著差异;因此,可用8L的根域体积进行春茬黄瓜的早熟栽培(80d左右生育期),4L的根域体积进行秋冬茬黄瓜栽培。

Abstract:The effect of root restriction on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of cucumber in solar greenhouse was studied .The results showed that root restriction decreased vegetative growth, increased root/shoot ratio, declined leaves photosynthesis function. Reaction schedule of root restriction in cucumber was related to culture period and root restriction degree. In spring stubble, root restriction response of 4L, 8L, 12L treatments cucumber were respectively appeared after 49,64,79 days of setting; and were ahead of schedule 15 days respectively in fall stubble. In spring stubble, yield per plant of 4L treatment decreased obviously after 79d of setting, but yield per plant of 8L treatment had no distinct difference with CK and 12L treatment; so we can use 8L rooting-zone volume to produce early ripe cucumber in spring. In fall stubble, yield per plant had no evident difference among four treatments after 79d of setting; therefore, 4L rooting-zone volume can satisfy the solar greenhouse cucumber cultivation demand.
