油菜蜂花粉黄酮类物质的提取及抗氧化性研究

摘    要:介绍了一种油菜蜂花粉总黄酮提取工艺,研究了黄酮提取物对猪油的抗氧化性能。结果表明,采用食用酒精冷浸法提取油菜蜂花粉中的总黄酮,工艺简单,产品物理性状好;由样品的POV值以及POV值到达诱导期的时间等实验数据可以得出,黄酮提取物对油脂具有抗氧化性,在猪油中添加0.2%的提取物时,其抗氧化能力强于添加0.02%的BHT。

Abstract:A kind of technique used to extract flavonoids from rape bee-gathered pollen was introduced,and the antioxidative activity of the extraction to lard oil was researched by referring to the GB/T(5538-1995).The results showed that,as bathing the rape bee-gathered pollen in cold edible alcohol,the extraction technique was simpler and the appearance of product was better.The experimental values of POV and POV reaching to the time of induction period showed the extraction of flavonoids had antioxidative activity to smear,the antioxidative activity of adding 0.2% extraction into lard was better than that of adding 0.02% BHT.
