摘    要:采用琼脂块法、拌土育苗和蘸根盆栽生物试验及PPO活性测定法研究供试放线菌对病原菌的皿内拮抗作用、对草莓的促生作用及诱导抗性。结果表明:①供试放线菌对5种草莓土传病害病原菌有明显的抑制作用。Act11对5种病原菌均有较强的抑制作用;Act12对尖孢镰刀菌外的4种病原菌有拮抗作用,Act1对尖孢镰刀菌和草莓疫霉有拮抗作用。②生防菌剂接种促生作用明显,对根系生长的刺激效应尤为显著。在拌土接种育苗处理中,草莓根系及茎叶重量分别较对照提高122.4%~265.6%和53.6%~64.4%。③生防菌接种后可提高草莓新叶和根系PPO活性,产生诱导抗性;根系PPO活性增幅大于叶片。在拌土育苗和蘸根盆栽处理中,草莓新叶PPO活性较对照提高幅度均值分别为5.9%和16.9%;草莓粗根PPO活性提高幅度均值分别为21.4%和35.0%,细根PPO活性提高幅度均值分别为31.3%和26.3%。由此得出结论:供试生防菌在皿内能抑制草莓常见土传病病原菌生长;在拌土育苗和蘸根盆栽条件下均能显著促进草莓根系发育及茎叶生长,并使草莓产生诱导抗性。
