摘    要:秦椹1号为果叶兼用品种,其桑椹大,形态奇特呈佛手状,平均单椹长4.5cm,粗2.5cm,重5.7g.成熟桑为紫黑色,汁液鲜红.春季发芽率88%,每米条长产椹量与春秋蚕期产叶量分别为0.27kg与0.044kg和0.1kg.每hm2产培19246kg和产籽615.9kg与春秋蚕期产叶量3132kg和7128kg.桑椹含糖量16%,春秋桑叶含粗蛋白24.56%~2253%,粗脂肪6.995%~7.65%,粗纤维10.35%~10.64%.

Abstract:Qinshen No.1 is a new leaf-fruit mulberry Variety with big-size fruit,average length of which is 4.5 cm,diameter 2.5 cm and Weight 5.7 g, matured fruit is dark purple,the juice of which is fresh red.Gtermination is 88% in Spring,the fruit yield and leaf yield during worm breed period in Spring and Autum per meter long branch are 0.27 kg,0.044 kg and 0.1 kg,respectively.On one hectare,fruit yield is 19 246 kg,seed yield is 615.9 kg,leaf yield is 3 132 kg in Spring and 7 128 kg in Autum.Sugar content in fruit is 16%.Coarse Protein content is 24.56%~22.53%,coarse fat 6.995%~7.65% and coarse fiber 10.35%~10.64% in leaf.
