钙对根区低温胁迫下黄瓜幼苗抗冷相关生理指标的影响

摘    要:采用在低温营养液中增加不同浓度Ca^2+的方法研究钙对根区低温下黄瓜幼苗相关抗冷指标的影响。结果表明,短时间(24h)低温可使根系活力上升;增加营养液中Ca^2+浓度可以使低温条件黄瓜幼苗SOD活性先下降后上升,POD活性先上升后下降,电解质相对渗漏率和丙二醛含量先下降后再上升。

Abstract:Effects of calcium on chilling resistance of cucumber seedlings under root zone low temperature stress were studied by adding extra calcium to lower temperature nutritional solution.It is shown that the root activity was higher after short time(24 hours)chilling.Responding to the adding of extra calcium at low temperature,the activity of SOD deduced at low concentration of calcium,then increased at high concentration of calcium,the activity of POD increased at low concentration of calcium,then deduced at high concentration of calcium,MDA and the electrolytic relative leakage deduced at low concentration of calcium,then increased at high concentration of calcium.
