PpNCED家族成员鉴定与表达特性分析

摘    要:为探明不同NCED基因家族成员在桃果实成熟软化期间的表达特性,在桃基因组中鉴定出7个NCED成员。利用qRT-PCR的方法,检测出NCED成员的表达存在组织特异性。在不同耐贮性桃品种中, PpNCED2 PpNCED3 PpNCED4 PpNCED5均表现出随着果实的膨大和成熟呈上调表达趋势,且在果实成熟期达到表达高峰。此外,外源ABA处理后,在贮藏早期显著促进PpNCED家族成员的表达,而在贮藏中后期显著抑制其表达。以上试验结果表明, PpNCED2 PpNCED3 PpNCED4 PpNCED5可能参与桃果实成熟软化的调控,但因不同桃品种存在差异。

Abstract:To explore the expression characteristics of different NCED gene family members during ripening and softening periods of peach fruits,7 NCED members of the peach genome were identified in this study. Using the qRT-PCR method,the tissue specificity of NCED members was detected. In different peach cultivars suitable for storage , PpNCED2, PpNCED3, PpNCED4, PpNCED5 showed an up-regulated expression trend with fruit expansion and maturity,and reached a peak during ripening period of peach fruits. In addition,under exogenous ABA treatment,the expression of PpNCED family members was significantly promoted in the early storage period,and its expression was significantly inhibited in the middle and late storage periods. This study indicated that PpNCED2, PpNCED3, PpNCED4, PpNCED5 may be involved in the regulation of ripening and softening in peach fruits,but it is different among different peach cultivars.
