杂草猪殃殃对小麦的化感作用

摘    要:以关中地区15种主要的栽培小麦品种为受体,采用室内生物测定法,通过分析恶性杂草猪殃殃对不同小麦品种发芽和幼苗生长的影响,探讨猪殃殃对不同小麦品种化感作用的差异,从而筛选出具有较强抗草潜力的小麦品种。结果表明,猪殃殃对不同小麦品种均存在一定程度的化感作用,但是化感作用的强度在不同小麦品种间存在显著差异,这种差异可能是由小麦品种的遗传特性决定的。以RI值为化感作用的评价指标,结合聚类分析的方法,将这15个小麦品种分为3组,其中猪殃殃对小偃22、远丰175、西农979、郑麦9023和西农889等5个品种的化感作用较弱,这5个品种表现出较强的抗草潜力。

Abstract:By means of bioassay in laboratory,choosing 15 main wheat varieties as acceptors in Guanzhong region,Shaanxi province,this paper studied the allelopathic effects of Galium tricorne on wheat.The results showed that Galium tricorne had allelopathic effects on all wheat varieties tested,but the allelopathic effects were significantly different on various wheat varieties,and the difference might be caused by the genetic traits of different wheat varieties.With RI values as allelopathic index and through cluster analysis,these varieties could be divided into three groups,among which allelopathic effects of Galium tricorne on Xiaoyan 22,Yuanfeng 175,Xinong 979,Zhengmai 9023 and Xinong 889 were relatively weak,so the five varieties had relatively strong anti-weed potentials.
