子房注射法获得转基因抗虫棉植株研究

摘    要:采用子房注射法将构建在植物表达载体pBI121.1上的Bt杀虫基因导入棉花品种石远321、中植372、822和辽棉9001中,获得8株转基因植株。经温室抗虫性鉴定,8株转基因植株对棉铃虫都表现出较好的抗性。同时对这8棵株叶片进行的PCR检测结果证明Bt基因已经整合进植物基因组中。

Abstract:By in jecting a synthetic Btcrystal-proteingene,GFMC ry1A,cloned in a plant expression vector,pBI121.1,into ovaries of cotton varieties Shiyuan321,Zhongzhi372,822 and Liaomian9001,8Bt-transgenic plants were obtained.Aboassay was performed in a greenhouse.The plants showed satisfactory resistance to larvae of bollworm.The positive result of PCR proved that the Bt gene had been in tegrated into cotton genome.These results indicated that such direct transformation in situ as an ovary-injection mathod was efficient.
