摘    要:在大樱桃花芽分化期观察的基础上,对该期花芽和叶芽内源激素ZRs(玉米素核苷)、IAA(生长素)、GA1/3(赤霉素)、ABA(脱落酸)含量变化进行了研究。结果表明:大樱桃花芽分化期需要有高水平的ZRs、低水平的GA1/3和IAA。结合激素平衡学说,本研究认为:ZRs/IAA、ZR s/GA1/3、ABA/IAA和ABA/GA1/3值增大,可促进芽体上营养生长向生殖生长转变,有利于花芽的形成。

Abstract:On the basis of studying flower bud differentiation stage of sweet cherry, the ZRs, IAA, GA1/3 and ABA content in the flower buds and leaf buds was studied.The results showed that flower bud differentiation needs the high ZRs and low IAA and GA1/3 content.By the means of the hormone dynamic balance theories, the high ratio ZRs to IAA, ZRs to GA1/3, ABA to IAA and ABA to GA1/3 were required.
