摘    要:选用不同来源的9个玉米自交系,按NCII设计进行试验,研究7个与产量性状有关农艺性状的GCA、SCA和遗传参数。结果表明:①在株高、穗长、穗位、穗粗、行数等性状中,亲本的基因加性效应对F_1性状形成起主导作用,而百粒重和产量等性状的遗传变异主要来自于基因非加性效应;②亲本的一般配合力与特殊配合力在各性状上均是相互独立的;在选育高产杂交组合时要同时对GCA和SCA进行选择。本试验筛选出GCA高的自交系S9906,SCA较高的组合是S9906×Mo17。

Abstract:With nine corn inbred lines which came from different sources,according to the design of diallel cross,authors have studied the GCA,SCA and hereditary parameter of seven agronomy characters.The result showed that:(a) The additive variation was principal in plant height,ear height, ear length, ear width and rows/ear while non-additive variation was greater in 100-kernel weight and yield;(b) The GCA and SCA effects were independent each other,which suggested that it was essential to make use of GCA and SCA in the selection of high-yield combination;Among the experiment materials,S9906 was high GCA self-line,S9906×Mo17 was higher SCA hybridized combination.
