4种化学试剂浸种对桔梗种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:通过室内培养,研究不同质量浓度的CaCl2、KNO3、KMnO4和不同体积分数的H2O2四种化学试剂浸种对桔梗种子萌发、幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,CaCl2处理的桔梗种子,发芽势、发芽指数和苗高均显著提高。H2O2处理桔梗种子,对根长有抑制作用,而对苗高有促进作用,其中0.04 mL/mL H2O2明显地抑制了桔梗种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数。0.005 g/mL KNO3处理的桔梗种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、根长、苗高、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖均明显高于对照,供试质量浓度KNO3处理桔梗种子均显著促进根长、苗高。0.003 g/mL KMnO4处理的桔梗种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、根长、苗高、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖明显高于对照,供试不同质量浓度KMnO4对桔梗苗高均有促进作用。在4种化学试剂浸种处理中0.005 g/mLKNO3和0.003 g/mL KMnO4对促进桔梗种子萌发和幼苗生长效果最佳。
