| 摘 要： | 重金属污染的植物体内会产生较高的金属硫蛋白(MT),实验以光敏生物素标记用MT免疫家兔产生的抗体,用碱性磷酸酶标记亲和素,对MT进行免疫印迹检测,方法简单准确,标记的IgG最低检出量为1 ng/mL。通过对天水秦城区不同地域采集到的16种农产品样本进行检测,其检测结果与样本中金属硫蛋白的含量测定结果一致。

| Abstract: | Metallothionein can be induced in the plant by metal ions pollution.The Dot-bllotting assay is able to test metallothionein by alkaline phosphatase-labelled avidin,and photosensitive biotion-labelled antibody,which produced by domesticrabbit with the metallothionein immunity.The result showed that the lowest concentration of IgG is 1ng/mL that can be test.This method is simple and precision.16 kinds of plants that are gathered in Qinzhou district of Tianshui city were measured by this method,the results was consistent with MT content of the samples. |
