甘蓝一代杂种优势苗期快速鉴定方法研究

摘    要:对甘蓝5个杂种F1代及其亲本苗期4种生理生化指标的测定分析表明,杂种F1代全磷含量、vC含量、叶绿素含量及叶绿素a/b分别与中亲优势和超亲优势表现显著或极显著相关;除vC外,这些生理指标与叶球成熟期的产量和抗病性呈显著或极显著相关。过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶酶谱表现,杂种F1代苗期的酶谱为单一亲本型,属于优势酶谱,能反映杂种优势的强弱。全磷、叶绿素和POD同工酶可作为甘蓝产量和抗病性杂种优势苗期早期鉴定的指标。

Abstract:Four physiological and biochemical indexes of five cabbage hybrids and their parents were analyzed in seedling stage. The results showed that there were normally or extremely significant correlations between mid-parents and super-parents heterosis and content of total phosphorus, vitamin C and chlorophyll and chlorophyll a/b in F_1 hybrids, respectively. There were normally or extremely significant correlations between these physiological indexes, except for vitamin C content, and yields and disease resistance in maturity stage. The peroxidase isozyme patterns showed that zymogram patterns of F_1 hybrids contained that of single parent in seedling stage, which were high superiority patterns and might reflect heterosis. On the whole, total phosphorus, chlorophyll, and peroxidase isozyme patterns may be used to identify cabbage heterosis in seedling stage.
