摘    要:对收集到的32个不同基因型菜豆幼苗,以低温胁迫下的叶片冷害指数和电解质渗漏率为指标进行了抗冷性鉴定。聚类分析结果表明,可将其抗冷性划分为强、中、弱3个类群;冷害指数与电解质渗漏率之间存在明显的相关性,两者结合能够很好地鉴定菜豆幼苗的抗冷性。

Abstract:The chilling tolerance of 32 genotype kidney bean seedlings was identified by the indexes which were electrolytic leakage of leaves and roots and chilling injury index under the low temperature.The genotypes of high,middle and low chilling tolerance have been grouped by cluster analysis;the result also showed that the chilling injury index had highly significant correlation with leaves and roots electrolytic leakage.The chilling tolerance of the kidney bean seedlings could be properly identified by electrolytic leakage of leaves and roots and chilling injury index of leaves.
