| 摘 要： | 以花托为外植体,研究了生长素类和细胞分裂素类对非洲菊花托愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明,花托在MS 6-BA 2.5 mg/L 2,4-D1.0 mg/L NAA 0.2 mg/L培养基上,愈伤组织诱导率最高,这些愈伤组织可以分化出不定芽。

| Abstract: | The effect of auxins and cytokinins on callus induction of floral receptacle was studied. The results showed that floral receptacle had the highest induction rate of callus on the medium of MS 6-BA 2. 5 mg/L 2,4-D 1. 0 mg/L NAA 0. 2 mg/L. Adventitious buds could be obtained from these calli quite well. |
