摘    要:白僵菌对农业有害昆虫的致病力强,并可在其寄主间引起大范围流行。因此,被作为最重要的昆虫病原真菌之一广泛应用于生物防治中。自1912年建立白僵菌属以来,已有100多年的分类历史。在这期间,白僵菌属的命名和分类一直处于不断革新的状态。由于白僵菌属内缺乏特征性的形态学识别特征,传统的形态学分类方法明显地制约白僵菌生物多样性的研究;同时,也制约白僵菌在生物防治中的应用。随着分子时代的到来和DNA条码技术的发展,白僵菌属的分类也迎来曙光,为其广泛应用提供了有力支撑。现就白僵菌属的分类历史和现状进行阐述,并重点介绍当前白僵菌属分类的主要方法——多基因位点联合分析法。

Abstract:Genus Beauveria is highly pathogenic to insects, it can trigger agricultural diseases and can be prevalent in a wide range between its host. Therefore, as one of the most important insect pathogenic fungi, it is widely used in biological control. Since establishment of Genus Beauveria in 1912, its classification has a history of more than 100 years. During this period, its nomenclature and classification have always been in constant innovation. Because of the lack of its characteristic morphological recognition, the traditional morphological classification method greatly restricts the study of biodiversity of this Genus, and also restricts the application of it in biological control. With the development of DNA barcode technology in the molecular age, the future of classification in the Genus will be much bright.Certainly,it will provide strong support for its wide application prospects. This paper expounds the history and current sitation of the Genus Beauveria classification, and emphatically introduces the main methods for it-multilocus phylogeny analysis method.
